(color-values, color-defined-p): Use `member', not
`memq', because it works correctly for strings.
(frame-set-background-mode): Actually, "unspecified-fg" and
"unspecified-bg" *are* strings. Use `member', not `memq', and
`equal', not `eq', when a string value is possible.
