Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(vc-workfile-unchanged-p): Disable mtime check when we go via Tramp or Ange-FTP. Suggested by Kai Grossjohann.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
