Sync with Tramp 2.0.43. (tramp-handle-verify-visited-file-modtime): Remove outdated comment. (tramp-locked, tramp-locker): New variables for implementing a global lock. (tramp-sh-file-name-handler): Use them to implement the global lock.

This directory contains the source code for the X11R2 XMenu library.

As of Release 2 of the X Window System, Version 11 from MIT, the XMenu
library no longer supported.  It is not used in any software supplied
by MIT and its use is not encouraged.
