Handle errors in recursive copy usefully.
(dired-create-files-failures): New variable.
(dired-copy-file): Remove condition-case.
(dired-copy-file-recursive): Check for errors on all file
operations, and add them to dired-create-files-failures.
Check file file-date-erorr here too.
(dired-create-files): Check dired-create-files-failures
and report those errors too.
