(gdb-cpp-define-alist-program)
(gdb-define-alist): New variables.
(gdb-create-define-alist): New function.
(gdb-set-gud-minor-mode-1): Handle gdb-define-alist.
(gdb-source, gdb-memory-set-repeat-count): Replace string-to-int
with string-to-number.
(gdb-reset): Kill gdb-define-alist. Move assignments outside loop.
