(ange-ftp-fix-name-for-vms): Reverse args of subst-char-in-string. (ange-ftp-after-parse-ls-hook): New variable. (ange-ftp-ls): Run that hook. From Peter Milliken <Peter.Milliken@GTECH.COM>.
