Fix SEGV on terminals without 'IC' capability (Yoshiaki Kasahara).
* src/term.c (tty_insert_glyphs): Added missing first parameter (contributed by
Yoshiaki Kasahara <kasahara@nc.kyushu-u.ac.jp>).
(encode_terminal_code): Converted to use ANSI prototype syntax.
