(quail-translation-keymap): Do not bind
"\C-c" to quail-abort-translation.
(quail-mode-map): Bind key codes 128 through 256 to
quail-start-translation.
(quail-translation-keymap): Bind key codes 128 through 256 to
quail-self-insert-command.
(quail-conversion-keymap): Bind key codes 128 through 256 to
quail-start-translation-in-conversion-mode.
