(dired-no-confirm): Add quote. (dired-subdir-alist-pre-R): Add quote in `make-variable-buffer-local' form and remove unbalanced parenthesis.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
