Re-order some definitions before their use.
(nongregorian-diary-listing-hook, nongregorian-diary-marking-hook)
(diary-list-entries): Doc fixes.
(simple-diary-display, fancy-diary-display): Use
calendar-in-read-only-buffer to replace previous code and disable undo.
(make-fancy-diary-display): Remove function.
