Attempt to eliminate some byte compiler warnings.
(rmail-add-label): Force the display of the labels.
(rmail-read-label): Remove call to rmail-parse-file-keywords which is
no longer used.
(rmail-set-label): Rewrite.
(rmail-keywords): Use (rmail-keyword-init).
(rmail-keyword-init, rmail-keyword-register-keywords): New function.
(rmail-install-keyword): Rewrite.
