gnus-decode-encoded-address-function to identity.
* lisp/gnus/nntp.el (nntp-send-xover-command): Recognize an xover command
is available also when the server returns simply a dot.
* lisp/gnus/gnus-ems.el (gnus-x-splash): Redisplay window before measuring
it.
