(W32_TEXTOUT): New macro.
(dumpglyphs): Support BDF fonts. Use W32_TEXTOUT macro.
Simplify baseline calculation. Detect SJIS by font, not glyph.
Call SetTextAlign.
(syms_of_w32term): Remove "jisx0212-sjis" from
w32-charset-to-codepage-alist.
Replace "ksc5601" with "ksc5601.1987" in w32-charset-to-codepage-alist.
Add "ksc5601.1992' to w32-charset-to-codepage-alist.
