Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(CHARSET_TABLE_ENTRY): Handle ASCII charset correctly. (SPLIT_NON_ASCII_CHAR, SPLIT_CHAR): Return -1 in C2 for DIMENSION1 characters.
