Handle the Mac port. Distribute all makefile.w32-in. Distribute more files from the nt/ subdir. Distribute PBM image files from subdirs of lisp/. Distribute old change logs from subdirs of lisp/. Distribute play/5x5.el.

The file SKK-JISYO.L is a verbatim copy of what distributed with SKK
Ver.8.6.  The author of SKK is Masahiko Sato
<masahiko@sato.riec.tohoku.ac.jp>.  SKK is free software distributed
under the terms of the GNU General Public License.
