(backquote-unquote-symbol, backquote-splice-symbol): Backslash the , and ,@ which are not new-style unquotes.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
