Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(x_create_tip_frame): Add parameter TEXT. Set the tip frame's root window buffer to *tip* right after creating the frame.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
