Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(xftfont_open): Don't call FcConfigSubstitute and XftDefaultSubstitute (they are called in XftFontMatch). (xftfont_open): Fix args to ftfont_font_format.
