(org-agenda): Improved visible section in window. And
use `org-fit-agenda-window'.
(org-fit-agenda-window): New option.
(org-move-subtree-down): Better handling of empty lines
at end of subtree.
(org-cycle): Numeric prefix is interpreted now as show-subtree N
levels up.
(org-fontify-done-headline): New option.
(org-headline-done-face): New face.
(org-set-font-lock-defaults): Use `org-headline-done-face'.
(org-table-copy-down): renamed from
`org-table-copy-from-above'. When current field is non-empty, it
is copied to next row.
(org-table-copy-from-above): Fixed bug which made it
impossible to copy fields containing only a single non-white
character.
