(read-file-name-internal): Don't add the final > if the completion is not finished (re-application of this patch, which was accidentally undone by Eli).

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
