(icon-imenu-generic-expression): Improved regexp.
(icon-font-lock-keywords-1): Improved regexps.
(icon-font-lock-keywords-2): Likewise.
(icon-mode): Don't set font-lock-comment-start-regexp via
font-lock-defaults; it is not needed anymore.
