(parse_menu_item) [HAVE_NS]: treat new event like NON_ASCII_KEYSTROKE_EVENT, but set used_mouse_menu.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
