Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(cvs-reread-cvsrc): Distinguish between an empty list of args and the absence of an entry. Don't add -f each time.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
