Expand all ediff-cond-compile-for-xemacs-or-emacs calls to a featurep test. (ediff-cond-compile-for-xemacs-or-emacs): Remove. (ediff-window-setup-function): Don't autoload declaration for compiler. (ediff-xemacs-init-menus): Use when rather than if.
