(valid_pointer_p): New function (from valid_lisp_object_p). (valid_lisp_object_p): Use it to check for valid SUBRP obj.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
