* cus-start.el (all): Add native condition for font-use-system-font. * configure.in: Don't check for GConf unless X is used.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
