Finish downcasing mouse_init1, mouse_off, mouse_check_moved, mouse_pressed, mouse_released, mouse_on, mouse_init. (Fmode25, Fmode4350): Clean up the coding and return a well-defined value. (syms_of_dosfns): Doc fix.
