(MAX_ANNOTATION_LENGTH): Adjusted for the change of annotation data format. (ADD_ANNOTATION_DATA, ADD_COMPOSITION_DATA, ADD_CHARSET_DATA): Change arguments FROM and TO to single argument NCHARS. Caller changed. (decode_coding_utf_8): Pay attention to coding->charbuf_used.
