* xfns.c (x-send-client-message): Moved to xselect.c (Fx_change_window_property): Add optional arguments TYPE, FORMAT and OUTER_P. (Fx_window_property): Add optional arguments TYPE, SOURCE, DELETE_P, VECTOR_RET_P. Handle AnyPropertyType. Call x_property_data_to_lisp if vector_ret_p is true. (syms_of_xfns): Sx_send_client_message moved to xselect.c.
