(org-read-date, org-goto-calendar, org-agenda-goto-calendar): Also set calendar-view-diary-initially-flag, calendar-view-holidays-initially-flag (org-get-entries-from-diary): Also set diary-fancy-buffer. (org-agenda-execute-calendar-command): No need to set displayed-day.
