* vc-bzr: Use standard *vc* and *vc-diff* buffers. (vc-bzr-shelve-show, vc-bzr-shelve-apply) (vc-bzr-shelve-apply-and-keep, vc-bzr-shelve-snapshot): Don't use *vc-bzr-shelve*.
