(isearch-input-method): New variable. (isearch-input-method-title): New variable. (isearch-toggle-specified-input-method): Set the above variables. (isearch-toggle-input-method): Likewise. (isearch-process-search-multibyte-characters): Give iseach-input-method as arg to read-multilingual-string.
