(sh-test): New variable.
(sh-if, sh-until, sh-while): Use it.
(sh-while-getopts): Handle csh passably well.
(sh-font-lock-keywords): Use `font-lock-variable-name-face'.
(sh-set-shell): Respect `font-lock-maximum-decoration'.
