Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
(normal-top-level): Call `frame-set-background-mode' after `frame-notice-user-settings' because the latter doesn't call the former on a tty.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ../arch-lib.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by Emacs.
