(compilation-get-file-structure): Make use of the directory part when checking for an existing entry, to handle files with same basename in different directories.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
