(VALBITS): Define in terms of GCTYPEBITS.
(struct interval): Move to intervals.h.

(Fget_text_property, Fset_text_properties, Ftext_propertes_not_all)
(syms_of_textprop, set_text_properties): Remove prototypes that are
already in intervals.h.
