(kill-new, kill-append, kill-region): New optional parameter yank-handler.
(yank-excluded-properties): Add yank-handler to list.
(yank-undo-function): New variable.
(yank): Use it to undo previous yank or yank-pop command.
Allow insert-for-yank to override this-command.
