(cua--rectangle-padding): Remove.
(cua--rectangle-virtual-edges): New defun.
(cua--rectangle-get-corners): Remove optional PAD arg.
(cua--rectangle-set-corners): Never do padding.
(cua--forward-line): Remove optional PAD arg. Simplify.
