Doc fix, duplex and setpagedevice configuration.
(ps-print-version): New version number (4.2).
(ps-spool-config, ps-spool-tumble): New vars.
(ps-print-prologue-1): Changed to defconst, adjust PostScript
programming, new PostScript procedure to handle errors.
