(file-start-mode-alist): New variable. (magic-mode-regexp-match-limit): Doc fix. (set-auto-mode): Handle file-start-mode-alist. A little cleanup of structure.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
