(Antinews): Mention redisplay function. The kbd macro existed, but was not documented, before 22.x. Function pos-visible-in-window-p is not new in 22.x, just enhanced.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
