(FETCH_STRING_CHAR_ADVANCE, FETCH_STRING_CHAR_AS_MULTIBYTE_ADVANCE) (FETCH_STRING_CHAR_ADVANCE_NO_CHECK): Use SDATA and SREF. (DEC_POS, BUF_DEC_POS): Use BEG_BYTE rather than hardcoding 1.
