(Fx_popup_menu): Fetch keymaps rather than checking Fkeymapp. Use KEYMAPP rather than Fkeymapp. * w32term.c (note_mode_line_highlight): Use KEYMAPP. * w32menu.c (True, False): Remove (use TRUE and FALSE instead).
