Find changesets by keywords (author, files, the commit message), revision number or hash, or revset expression.
Move the parts of the old man/makefile.w32-in that do not refer to the Emacs manual here. (infodir, MULTI_INSTALL_INFO, ENVADD): Go up one more level. (../etc/GNU): Delete obsolete target.
