(ftp-mode): Don't use ftp-mode-abbrev-table; don't enable Abbrev mode. (nslookup-mode, smbclient-mode): Likewise. (network-connection-service-abbrev-alist): Variable deleted. (network-connection-mode-setup): Don't set up abbrev table.
