* misc.texi (Document View): Renamed from Document Files, moved here from files.texi. * files.texi (Version Control): Moved to maintaining.texi. Subnodes moved as well. (Document Files): Moved to misc.texi. * maintaining.texi (Version Control): Move here from files.texi. (Format of ChangeLog): Make it a subnode of Change Log. * emacs.texi (Top): Update node listing.

This directory contains the source code for the architecture-dependent
files that go in ${archlibdir}.  At present, these are mostly utility
programs used by GNU Emacs.
