(x-dnd-protocol-alist, x-dnd-open-file-other-window, x-dnd-handle-one-url, x-dnd-get-local-file-uri, x-dnd-get-local-file-name, x-dnd-open-local-file, x-dnd-open-file, x-dnd-insert-text): Moved to dnd.el (without x-).
