(w32_load_font): Call w32_load_system_font and w32_load_bdf_font. (w32_unload_font): Support BDF fonts. (w32_to_x_charset): Fix mappings to avoid wildcard mismatches. Autodetect whether to use koi8-r instead of iso8859-5. Associate "ksc5601.1987" with HANGUEL_CHARSET. Associate "ksc5601.1992" with JOHAB_CHARSET.
