(CODING_UTF_8_BOM): New macro. (enum coding_category): Delete coding_category_utf_8, add coding_category_utf_8_auto, coding_category_utf_8_nosig, and coding_category_utf_8_sig. This directory contains the architecture-independent files used by or
with Emacs.  This includes some text files of documentation for GNU
Emacs or of interest to Emacs users, and the file of dumped docstrings
for Emacs functions and variables.

`forms-d2.dat' is an example data file used by forms-d2.el.

`termcap.src' is included mainly for VMS.  It is a copy of the
`/etc/termcap' file used on Unix.
