emoved cut-buffer code.
* lisp/mouse-sel.el (mouse-sel-get-selection-function):
x-cut-buffer-or-selection-value renamed to x-selection-value.
(x-select-text): Optional push removed.

* lisp/simple.el (interprogram-cut-function): Remove mention of PUSH.
